📦 Shipping Information

Shipping Area:
Currently shipping to the United Kingdom only — but EU and US shipping is coming soon, so stay tuned!

Couriers Used:
All orders are sent via Royal Mail or DPD, depending on the item size and value.

Delivery Time:
UK orders typically arrive in 2–4 working days.

Dispatch Time:
All orders are shipped next working day after your order is placed.

Shipping Cost:
✅ Free shipping on all orders – no minimum spend.

Tracking:
Every order includes full tracking, and you’ll receive tracking info as soon as your item is dispatched.

🔁 Returns & Refunds

If you’re not completely happy with your item, no problem — I’ve got your back.

Return Window:
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility:

Item must be returned in the same condition as received
Must include all original accessories and packaging (if applicable)
Serial numbers must match

Return Postage:
I’ll cover the cost — just let me know and I’ll send you a prepaid return label.

Refunds & Options:
Once the item is returned and inspected, you can choose from:

🔁 Exchange (if you'd prefer something else)
💳 Store credit for future purchases

Product Testing & Accuracy:
All gear is carefully tested before shipping. That said, vintage and complex gear can sometimes have quirks, and issues may occasionally slip through — if anything’s not as expected, just reach out and I’ll make it right.
